Harris & Company LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle Sandulescu and Rod McLennan have joined the partnership, effective January 1, 2026.
Kyle Sandulescu maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice with a strong focus on employment‑related disputes, contract issues, and administrative law. Kyle is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for Labour and Employment Law (2025, 2026) and Commercial and Corporate Litigation (2026). He joined Harris in 2022 after several years of practice at a leading firm in Vancouver, where he developed a reputation for disciplined advocacy and strategic, solutions‑oriented thinking.
Rod McLennan practices primarily in administrative law, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has acted as lead counsel on multiple trials, bringing significant advocacy experience to his practice. Rod joined Harris as an associate in 2023 and has since become a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex disputes. In particular, Rod has gained the trust of public education clients in managing complex construction disputes.
