New timelines proposed by BC Labour Relations Board

The British Columbia Labour Relations Board has announced it intends to develop new timelines for rendering decisions. Following consultation with the labour relations community, which are intended to take place in the near future, the Board plans to implement timelines which will significantly decrease the waiting period between a hearing before the Board and receipt of a decision.
