November 27, 2003
Share

As part of a cost recovery program, the Labour Relations Board will begin charging filing fees and fees for services effective January 5, 2004. Amendments to the Labour Relations Code in 2002 included a new provision, section 159(1), which allows the creation of regulations permitting the Labour Relations Board to charge fees for its services. The Labour Relations Board Fees Regulation was approved October 30, 2003. The Board has advised the labour relations community that it will be instituting a Practice Guideline to govern the means by which fees will be collected.
