Government Introduces Back-to-Work Legislation

The government introduced its back-to-work legislation, Bill 7, in a special sitting of the BC Legislature today. CUPE, which has tenaciously pursued provincial bargaining against the wishes of school boards, reacted angrily to the government Bill.
