Gary Moser has been appointed a part time member of the BC Public Sector Employers Council. Mr. Moser is the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Employers Association of British Columbia. The Public Sector Employers Council is constituted under the Public Sector Employers Act and, among other things, establishes voluntary guidelines for public sector compensation increases.
