Structure Of The Program

Harris & Company is uniquely positioned to offer students practical, hands-on legal work alongside leaders in the area of labour and employment law. Our student program is specifically designed to ensure that students receive a well-rounded and exciting summer and articling experience.

In particular, we offer a flexible program that exposes students to all aspects of labour and employment law and allows them to maximize their experience in practice areas which interest them.

Although students at Harris & Company do not follow a formal rotation, their principal and our Student Coordinator ensure that each student's summer or articling experience meets the articling requirements of the Law Society of British Columbia and involves practical experience outside of the office.
