Becoming An Associate

We hire students with the expectation that those students will become associates with our firm. As a result, we usually hire 1 or 2 articling students per year, and we only hire as many students as we anticipate keeping on as associates.

In the last five years, our firm has offered an associate position to over 90% of our articling students. In fact, the majority of our current associates originally joined Harris & Company as students, and have remained with the firm since then. Many of our current partners also originally joined the firm as students.
