This includes collective agreement drafting, negotiations and interpretation; and providing advice on contingency planning for collective bargaining. We provide advice and assistance on employee absenteeism and performance problems; discipline and dismissal; drafting and implementation of company policies; and corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Our lawyers provide seasoned counsel to represent employers in all labour law matters, including arbitrations and Labour Relations Board proceedings; hearings in various tribunals; and judicial review. We advise and represent employers in human rights, employment standards, workers' compensation and privacy issues.
Our lawyers are experienced in collective bargaining as negotiators, and provide background advice and support to employers on bargaining strategy and the development of proposals.
