A partner of Harris & Company, Sari advises employers on a wide range of education law, labour, employment and human rights matters. She acts regularly as counsel before arbitration boards, the Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board and other administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining Harris & Company in 2002, Sari practised in the area of labour law and worked with the Health Employers Association of B.C. (HEABC) as a Labour Relations Consultant.

Sari received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1993. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994.

Sari regularly presents at seminars on education law, labour, employment and human rights issues. She is a member of the Labour Law Subsection and the Human Rights Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
