Keith joined Harris & Company as a partner in the education practice in 2004. He works with School Boards, educators and administrators to find practical solutions to the difficult legal problems facing the education sector. He received his B.Comm. and LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1987, and his graduate degree from Oxford in 1988. After graduating, Keith was a Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Canada and has received extensive training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

As well as providing strategic, policy and practical advice, Keith also represents education clients before all levels of courts, arbitrators, the Human Rights Tribunal and the College of Teachers. In addition to providing that advice and representation, Keith has also been an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Law at UBC and is a regular speaker and contributor to continuing education programs for educators. He has written extensively on education related matters.
