Jennifer joined Harris & company as an associate in 2009 after practising with a management side labour and employment firm in Toronto. Jennifer routinely advises employers in the areas of employee dismissals, employment standards, human rights and labour law.

Jennifer received her law degree from the University of Windsor in 2007. While at law school, Jennifer worked as a mediator in Windsor Law's Mediation Services Clinic and was elected into leadership roles by her peers.

Prior to commencing law school, Jennifer received a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004. While completing her Master's Degree, Jennifer represented Laurier at several academic conferences including the West Point Conference on United States Military Affairs. Jennifer also received undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jennifer is an active volunteer with ARA Mental Health, a Vancouver charity that assists homeless individuals living with mental illnesses.
