Grady graduated from law school at the University of British Columbia in 2007. During law school, Grady worked for the Faculty Relations Department of UBC as a legal research assistant, where he was involved in assisting management in grievances, arbitrations and bargaining. In May 2007, Grady began his articles with Harris & Company. He was called to the British Columbia Bar and became an associate with the firm in May 2008.
Prior to attending law school, Grady received his Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Exercise Science) degree from the University of British Columbia in 2003. During that time, he co-authored a research paper published in the Journal of Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism.
Grady is focussed on all facets of labour, employment, and human rights law. He is a member of the Employment Law and Labour Law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
Grady spends his free time participating in outdoor sporting activities and trying to keep up with the latest developments in the world of sports.
