Dianne advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship including employment contracts, employment standards matters, discipline and dismissal. Dianne joined Harris & Company in 2008 after previously practicing in Vancouver in the areas of employment law, human rights, as well as commercial and civil litigation. Dianne has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as the Employment Standards Tribunal.

Dianne was born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador. She earned a bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry (nutrition) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1999, and a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) and MBA from the University of New Brunswick in 2004. While attending law school, Dianne participated in the competitive moot program, representing the University of New Brunswick at both the Jessup Moot (2003) and Gale Moot (2004).

Dianne was called to the bar of British Columbia in May 2005 and the bar of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2006.
