We are pleased to announce that two lawyers will join the firm over the next three months. Andrew Collingwood joins us at the beginning of April. Andrew has just completed his articles in Ontario with a national law firm.

Sari Wiens will join us in June. Sari was with us as a summer student in 1992. She practiced labour law from 1993 to 1997 and then joined Health Employers’ Association of BC as a labour relations consultant.

Terri Cohen has joined the faculty at Royal Roads University as an Associate Faculty member where she will be teaching in the new Community and School Conflict Management concentration in the RRU Master's Program in Conflict Analysis and Management. This new concentration focuses on management conflict in communities and schools, and is of particular interest to school administrators and teachers, as well as other professionals whose work brings them into contact with students and schools.

We are pleased to announce that Nazeer Mitha has become a partner of the firm. Nazeer joined the firm in October of 2001 after practising in the area of employment law with a mid-size Vancouver law firm.
